As members of the National Association of Information Destruction (NAID), The Back Office maintains the best practices of the industry. We provide secure shredding, certificates of destruction, secure storage, and prompt local service. Since 1999, The Back Office has been your local resource for full-service document management.

Off-Site service and collection
The technicians at The Back Office are screened employees that are easily identifiable and trained to ensure a secure chain of custody protocol. All documents are moved by our personnel to secure vehicles and are securely transported under GPS tracking to our shredding facility. Security methods at our facility include internal and external monitoring, secure containment, and access control. All shredded paper is baled by machine and sent to pulping mills for recycling.

Containers
The Back Office can service a small office with one container and offers on-call, as needed pick-up service. Larger offices that need multiple containers are serviced on a set weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule. There are no pick-up charges. Our professional technicians are sensitive to your daily operations and will work according to your security protocol when on your premises. All containers are secure and custom bins are available. Containers are also available for one-time purges and end-of-year cleanouts. Our technician will deliver secure containers for use during the purge.

Drop Off Service at no minimum charge
If it is most convenient and economical to destroy your documents by dropping them off at our facility, there is no need to make an appointment. The Back Office is here for you and welcomes walk-in traffic from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm  Monday through Friday. Certificates of Destruction provided on request. Feel free to witness the destruction of your records. Our office is your office and we want to you feel at home with our procedures.
